US companies looks East for growth via market development. Namely China, India & Africa.
Combined they account for 60% of the world's population.

Not forgetting the increasing affluent middle east and especially if they allow women to drive in Suadi Arabia.

Ford should be taking up women rights in Suadi Arabia.
