While attention is concentrated on Christine Lagarde the 1st woman IMF chief potential, ts the second in command that requires scrutiny. While the IMF continues to have a European face, the mind & heart is still American.

The integrity of of IMF is in questioned. Whats is it's real agenda ? The sudden demise and unceremonious departure of it ex- chief smacks of a man being setup and a tinge of de javu of the Mahatthir-Anwa saga in Malaysia.
