Isn't it funny,

China pledges $1 Trillion for US Infrastructure
And in turn US invests or will invests $1Trillion in India

Isn't it fund flow from China to India.
So the funds is not going to stay in America.
Even the Americans are not investing in America
Safe the pension money......blah blah
So it's the Americans saving the Americans themselves
