. Raising taxes, interest rates & reduce Goverment spending.
. A healthier USA is better for the world economy.
. US companies have to move out, expand customer base overseas.
. While allowing more foreign investments. Infrastructure.
. Till emerging market is ready in fx convertibility
. Major US funds will still be park in USA but ready to take off.
. Although QEIii is dismissed
. A line of thought says there is still massive liquidity in the market.
. And in many ways the QE iii correction has already been factored in.
. This is actually a Wave 4 Buy.
. Till actual funds flow out of the market.
. Wave 5 will actually be cashing out.
. Bigger picture : US Economy will contract.
