. If left unchecked will go the way of Arab Spring
. Taken advantage of by foreign entities.
. The youth like youth everywhere wants to be heard.
. The old loke the old everywhere don't want change.
. Labours don't want to be treated like machine.
. But in the eyes of the owners, they belong to the Expense column
. In the eyes of the managers they are tools to be used.
