Obama has already started his rhetoric on high oil prices & how it's been manipulated.

Oil price plunge day after Osama KIA.

After Osama KIA, Obama upped his rhetoric to :

1. Clamp down on fraudulent Mkt practices on Speculators & Manipulators.
(To lower trade deficits by lowering price of oil imports)
2. Increase US domestic Oil production.
To Supply internally. (Decrease trade deficits ?)
To tap internal Oil reserves.
3. Decrease Oil imports.
Buy local not foreign. (protectionism ?)
